Are face masks required?
No, masks are not required but highly encouraged. There will be masks on board if you forget yours.
How much does it cost to ride the trolley?
Not a thing! The trolley is FREE to ride. It is owned & operated by the Braselton Visitors Bureau Authority, which is funded primarily through local hotel/motel taxes, and they use their budget to operate the trolley.
Is there a list of approximate times for when the trolley will be at each stop?
We do not list specific times for each stop because there are too many variables with traffic that can change those times. It generally takes between 45-55 mins for the trolley to complete one loop of the route. All stops are listed on the website in order.
How do I know when the trolley will be back at my stop to pick me up?
The trolley has a GPS system onboard. If you download the Ride Systems app you can track the trolley in real time and get the estimated arrival times for each stop when the trolley is in operation. You can even set up an alert so the app will let you know when the trolley is nearby. For information on how to download the app, visit the Where’s the trolley? tab.
Can my dog ride the trolley?
Yes. We love dogs too! However, please make sure your pooch is well socialized, leashed and up to date on vaccinations. Please keep in mind that drivers reserve the right to ask a dog to be removed from the trolley if there are any safety concerns for other passengers, with the exception of service animals, of course!
Can you add my neighborhood to your list of stops?
We are always open to suggestions and nothing is off the table when it comes to the trolley route! When considering new communities or stops the visitors bureau has to consider the length of the entire route and the time it will take. While we want to connect with everyone interested in using the trolley, some stops just might not be feasible. For special occasions and specific trips, groups might want to consider a trolley rental.
